Gentle Yoga

Low & Slow Yoga

April 18- May 30 No Class April 25th 6:00 - 7:00 PM $60.00 per person (6-week session) Enjoy an hour featuring a combination of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. This is an ideal practice for self-care, whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Yin Yoga postures are held between 3-5 minutes, with a focus on increasing mobility of the spine and hips. Restorative Yoga encourages the use of props to do the work of supporting your body, so that you can relax your muscles and your mind. Yoga Nidra offers progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery to reduce stress.

Each class ends with blissful guided relaxation. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat for lying on the floor, and to wear loose clothing and a cover cover-up for added warmth during the guided relaxation. |
